online Service Request Form
or place your request via phone, fax or
email.

A Mayocaz Concierge Consultant will contact you as soon as we receive
your request.

Have your credit card ready to
initiate your account.

Payment for service will be due upon completion or hours will be deducted from
your BUSY-LESS Pass or Monthly Membership account.

Mayocaz Errand & Concierge Service does NOT transport people or
pets. In an emergency; call to check on availability of service.
We will always try to accommodate your rush requests if we are
able.
