Mayocaz was started 2005 to respond to a growing need among the busy professionals to attain balance and sanity in their lives. We aim to make life easier by handling those mundane tasks that take away hours from your quality time with family, friends, and social circles.  By virtue of our professionalism, enthusiasm, and guaranteed customer service, we will be Illinois’s premier errand and concierge service  delivering quality service with a smile.

Our service parameters are simple: We will serve any client need or request as long as it is Legal, Ethical and Reasonable. If the service request meets all 3 of these prerequisites, we will work to fulfill our clients' need as best as possible.

Mayocaz is a family owned and operated business born from Marshata Caradine-Randall.  Marshata is an Eastern Illinois University Graduate with a degree in family and consumer science.  She wanted to establish a creative way to work with families, and God lead her to Servitude!  Marshata’s husband and business partner, Tarlvin Randall, is a 2000 graduate of Ranken Technical College where he studied and mastered heating ventilation and air conditioning with a concentration in refrigeration.  Combined, they have over 20 years of customer service skills they utilize to professionally care for busy people who have a plethora of demands placed upon their shoulders.  Their love of servitude, education and opportunities has led them to this business where they are able to put the best interest of families at the forefront.

Mayocaz is a licensed, bonded and insured business. The company contracts with qualified consultants that have an average of 25 years work experience in the personal services industry. They are all fully screened before we put them to work for you. Each consultant is trained extensively to understand our client's private lifestyle, their service needs and underlying desire for discretion, tactfulness and efficiency, and our required standards for exceptional customer service.
